Born and raised in South Dakota, Matt Misner brings a people-first approach to real estate built around honest advice, hard work, and numbers that make sense. He’s not interested in telling clients what they want to hear or pressuring them into a decision. His job is to give them the information, data, and straightforward advice they need to make the decision that’s right for them.

Matt understands there’s a lot more behind every move than a house. There’s a family, a financial decision, and usually a bigger story about what comes next. That’s why he takes the time to understand what matters to each client and treats every transaction like it matters—because it does.

With a strong understanding of the Sioux Falls area and local real estate market, Matt especially enjoys the numbers side of the business. Whether he’s helping a seller determine the right price for their home or helping a buyer decide what a property is actually worth, he believes good decisions start with good information.
